StackMyTech provides software stack reviews, audits, and consulting services. The scope of each Service is described on our website and may vary by package (e.g., Expert Eyes, Deep Dive, White Glove).

2. Payments & Refunds

- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are available only if requested before work has begun. Once analysis, review, or consulting work has started, all fees are non-refundable.
- For White Glove consulting engagements, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if canceled prior to kickoff.

3. Client Responsibilities

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during intake.
- Our recommendations are based on the data you provide; incomplete or inaccurate information may affect results.

4. Confidentiality & Data Use

- Aggregated and anonymized data derived from client inputs may be used for research, benchmarking, and publication. Such data will never identify individual clients, disclose company names, or include personal contact information.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses, and materials we provide are the property of StackMyTech. You may use deliverables internally but may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.

6. No Guarantee of Results

The Services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide accurate insights and recommendations, we make no guarantees regarding specific financial savings, business outcomes, or performance improvements. Implementation is the client’s responsibility, and StackMyTech shall not be held liable for results arising from the use or non-use of our Services.

7. Prohibited Activities
